Good Boys Get Naughty in New Red-Band Clips as Free Screenings Are Announced

The National Friendship Day was held during the weekend and Universal Pictures decided to "get it". to honor this festival by proposing free projections of Good boys this week. The upcoming comedy, produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, is a fascinating story about the age of majority that discusses the friendship between three young boys, played by Jacob Tremblay, Brady Noon and Keith L. Williams. In a certain way, it is the ideal movie to watch with a friend. To provide the proof and show how fun this movie is, the studio has also released several clips online.

First, information about projections. Anyone wishing to consult for free Good Boys has the opportunity to do this on Wednesday, August 7th on 100 participating theaters in the United States and Canada. Screenings will take place at 7:00 pm local time on a first-come, first-served basis. Those wishing to attend can get a voucher for two tickets per person for a local screening. The vouchers can then be exchanged at the ticket office of the theater for tickets from 17h. the day of the projection.

Regarding the clips, Universal has released four, featuring some of the hijinks of this trio of young friends. One of them is centered on learning or trying to learn to embrace; another sees them trying to get rid of certain drugs which they have come to unknowingly possess; a third sees them trying to recover a drone belonging to one of their fathers; finally, there is a clip that presents one of the group trying to steal a beer. All clips are extremely inappropriate and hilarious.

I've been lucky enough to be able to get it. catching a projection of Good Boys at SXSW in Austin, Texas, earlier this year. Personally, I can say that these clips are a good representation of the humor injected throughout the film. That said, I also have the impression that they are giving up some of the best elements (although there is a lot to do). So for those who are already on the road, maybe just stick to the trailer. For those who might need more control, the clips could do the trick. For what is worth it, critics generally seem to like what this comedy has to offer, since it currently holds a solid 78% approval rate on rotten tomatoes.

Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg ( of Superbad Sausage Party ) produced, with Gene Stupnitsky ( The Office ) under the presidency of director. Stupnitsky co-wrote the screenplay alongside Lee Eisenberg ( Bad Teacher ). Actors also include Molly Gordon, Will Forte, Retta, Midori Francis and Sam Richardson. Those interested in attending one of the free screenings can visit for local times and get tickets. Be sure to check the clips below. The good boys are released in theaters on August 16th.
