Man Named Bowser Becomes Nintendo President and Fans Are Freaking Out

Nintendo fans around the world were shocked to learn today that Reggie Fils- Love was retiring from the presidency of Nintendo of America. However, if Son-Aime's retirement is great news, fans began to panic when they learned that the new president was calling Doug Bowser. Yes, Bowser, the name of the supervillain, the king of the Koopas, in the Super Mario Bros. franchise, which is the most profitable franchise in the long history of the gaming company.

Reggie Fils-Aime began Nintendo of America in 2003 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, becoming President and Chief Operating Officer in May 2006. Fils-Aime had a pretty amazing experience with the video game company and he is pleased with his achievements over the years. but believes that the time has come to retire. Reggie Fils-Aime said this about his resignation in April.

"Nintendo always has a part of my heart. This is a part full of gratitude for the amazingly talented people with whom I have worked, to have the opportunity to represent such a wonderful brand. and, most importantly, to feel part of the most positive and sustainable community of players in the world. I am looking forward to going to good health and good mood at the same time, but instead of spending more than time with my wife, my family and my friends. "

This seems to be reason enough to retire, but handing over the keys of the castle to a man named Bowser is too weird to take for some fans from Nintendo, so they talked about it on social networks. Doug Bowser posted a picture of himself on Twitter holding a card that says "Thank you for the warm welcome", which seems innocent enough for you to look closely at the bottom of the photo. An eagle-eyed social media user discovered that Bowser had two stuffed characters, Mario and Luigi, connected by a Nintendo Game Cube controller, which is certainly something a man named Bowser would do.

Some Nintendo fans believe it. that there will be more Mario games coming because Doug Bowser is now president. Another social media user commented that this hiring was pretty close to what Sony had done with the 2012 edition of The Amazing Spider-Man when they hired Marc Webb, a director. This feeling comes with a ton of memes against the new Nintendo president.

Son-Aime believes that Bowser is the ideal name for taking control of Nintendo, even though fans theorize dark days for the Super Mario Bros franchise.
