Marvel’s Shang-Chi Targets Donnie Yen & Aquaman Star Ludi Lin
We can have our first clue as to who Marvel Studios is looking for leading roles in Shang-Chi. Although the studio has not yet announced the future of its phase 4 beyond Avengers: Endgame some projects have become known, including this one. Work has slowly begun on martial arts influenced adaptation behind the scenes and it seems that the Marvel film universe is wooing a DC universe star, in addition to a legend of the arts martial.
According to a new report, Power Rangers' and from Power Rangers star Ludi Lin, should meet Marvel about the lead role played in Shang-Chi . This is only the beginning of the casting process and the report points out that no favorite has emerged. It is expected that other names will be posted in the coming weeks. Shang-Chi a bit like the Guardians of the galaxy before becoming a film, is not a well-known property of the Marvel Comics canon.
