Rise of Skywalker Comic Introduces Admiral Ackbar’s Son Aftab




Apparently, Admiral Ackbar has a son and fans of Star Wars will meet him soon in the official movie The Rise of Skywalker series of comics linked. Called Journey to Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker – Allegiance the second issue of the four-part comic book series featuring the reference product of the series [] Character of Star Wars . Although the Admiral was killed controversially during The Last Jedi it seems that writer Ethan Sacks and artist Luke Ross have found a way to preserve his mind with the introduction of his son, Aftab.

They seek help from the son of Admiral Ackbar, Aftab, but their arrival is fraught with guns fired from the inhabitants of the city. Fortunately, Aftab makes his way and kisses Leia in a touching moment. Leia goes on to explain to Aftab how his father died as a hero and how much he is appreciated and commemorated. This is a notion also felt by many fans of the series, as the death of Admiral Ackbar in The Last Jedi is still considered one of the most important moments shocking from the franchise.

Part of Lucasfilm's Journey to The Star Wars Edition Program: The Rise of Skywalker . Before the release of the next installment of the science fiction film series, several comics and books will be published telling their own stories Star Wars using the characters from the movie.
