Rupert Grint Joins M. Night Shyamalan’s Apple Series
The star of "Harry Potter" Rupert Grint enters the twisting of Night Shyamalan world.
The actor joins the cast of the upcoming series of psychological thrillers of Shyamalan on Apple. He will appear in front of Lauren Ambrose ("Six Feet Under") and Nell Tiger Free ("Game of Thrones").
Little is known about the plot of the untitled series, but she would have followed the parents of Dorothy (Ambrose) and Sean Turner, who hire a young nanny named Leanne (Free) for her to take care of their newborn. Grint will perform Julian Pearce, Dorothy's younger brother.
The show was created by Tony Basgallop, who will write and produce the executive products. Shyamalan is also executive producer and will lead the first episode.
Grint currently plays in the drama Crackle "Snatch", which tells the story of a group of promising prostitutes who are discovering the world of big organized crime issues. He has also recently appeared in the adaptation of the BBC miniseries of Agatha Christie's film The ABC Murders.
